To begin, she was always professional, courteous, and punctual. She was easy to contact, and she clearly communicated through text, calls, and email. Cheryl is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and this was evident in her ability to explain the entire homebuying process in simple, understandable terms. Even though we had little previous knowledge, she was able to quickly educate us on the overall process and important topics for home buying. I really liked that she presented information in a logical way with real life examples as evidence. She was honest and transparent, and she encouraged us to ask a lot of questions. We never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions, and she clearly explained the details of any paperwork we were signing. Schedule wise, Cheryl was very flexible, and she was able to schedule showings on evenings and weekends to accommodate our busy work schedules. We had a short timeframe that we were looking to buy, and Cheryl was able to skillfully navigate us to a 30 day close. When showing homes, Cheryl was able to provide solid advice on features of the home that were good, and also things to avoid. Additionally, if a problem arose, Cheryl was able to skillfully resolve it. For example, during the final walkthrough the day before closing, the cooktop would not turn on. Cheryl quickly and calmly coordinated with the sellers agent and electrician to find a resolution and ensure the appliance was working properly. Throughout the entire home buying process she ensured that things went smoothly, and she was almost always available for a call if we needed to ask for help. It was a little scary to jump into the homebuying process for the first time, but Cheryl provided us with the knowledge to make our decision with confidence! Above all, Cheryl is a great person, and we really enjoyed working with her. It was fun to get to know one another on a personal level. It was clear that she's genuinely a kind and caring person, and we appreciated that she has a good sense of humor. Cheryl far exceeded my expectations in selling my childhood home that my parents lived in for 45 years. Cheryl and her team were spot on in their current market data and listed the house accordingly. Cheryl brought multiple offers, all above asking, in the first week. This was surprising to me as it was December 2023. What truly sets Cheryl apart is how far beyond she goes of what an average real estate agent does. Cheryl took on the monumental project of handling everything (and I do mean everything) to prepare the house and bring it to market. The most challenging task that Cheryl navigated seamlessly with her incredible grace & patience was holding the hands of my parents the entire way, one of whom is a pack rat and possibly the most difficult client ever. I live out of state and Cheryl was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process.
